  The role and importance of the cooling water filter in the mold spray point cooling system   In modern die-casting molds,the jet point cooling system is commonly employed due to its concentrated cooling,high efficiency,and rapid response,and is widely sought for temperature control in hot spot areas of the mold.This system utilizes high-pressure,high-flow rate cooling water to intensify cooling of localized high-temperature areas of the mold through fine jet holes or point cooling tubes.   Compared to traditional mold cooling water circuits,the spray point cooling system features smaller nozzle apertures,finer channels,and higher working pressure.This characteristic necessitates a higher level of cleanliness for the cooling water.If the cooler contains water,rust,or particulate matter,it can easily cause blockages in the nozzles or point cooling pipes,leading to issues.Therefore,a water filter is precisely designed to effectively intercept impurities in the water before it enters the point cooling system,ensuring a stable and clean cooling medium for spray cooling.   The cooling effect of the jet point cooling system relies on the smoothness of the nozzle and the point cooling channel.The cooling water filter can effectively remove solid particles and impurities from the water,preventing them from entering the narrow channels and the jetting channels   With the protection of the filter,long-term,continuous,and stable operation of spray cooling can be ensured,avoiding local cooling interruptions that could lead to hot spot temperatures in the mold   The jet point cooling system relies on stable cooling water pressure and flow to achieve forced convection heat transfer.If different substances are mixed into the water,it may cause changes in pipeline resistance,leading to flow fluctuations,and potentially other issues   The cooling water filter can maintain the cleanliness inside the cooling circuit,ensure the stability of system resistance and flow rate,and enable the jet cooling effect to have good repeatability and consistency   The jet point cooling system typically comprises a high-pressure pump,precision nozzles,point cooling tubes,as well as various sealing and control components.   By installing a cooling water filter,the scouring and wear on the internal components of the system can be effectively reduced,thereby extending the service life of the cooling pipes and nozzles,   Under high-temperature operation,the increase in cooling water is prone to depositing on the inner walls of the injection channel and point cooling tube,forming scale and reducing heat transfer efficiency.A filter can reduce the amount of water entering the system,delaying the formation of scale.
